The only good things about this burger are the packaging, the beets and that it’s pure plant. Lilly Belle wouldn’t even eat it. It looked good frozen out of the package, but it was too thick to fry, too mushy when eaten, having a gummy almost candy bar texture to it. The beets were a good idea, but the burger was like the package, nice to look at – not to actually eat. I ate one half of one burger, and the other one and a half burgers went down the garbage disposal.
