It really amazes me how beautiful the transition and transformation from milk in chocolate to no milk. Why it wasn’t done so many years ago to give people that option is a mystery to me, especially since so many of us in the world love dark chocolate. The milk that was once added was so unnecessary to the enjoyment of this fine confection.
