SABRA GUACAMOLE SANDWICH

SABRA GUACAMOLE SANDWICH

If you want creamy on your deli slice sandwich and don’t have any veg mayo in the refrigerator, use a packaged guacamole instead. It works great!

Makes 1

8 oz. container Sabra Original Guacamole

2 slices potato bread

3 slices veggie Bologna or ham

sliced sweet onion

Spread guacamole on 2 slices of bread, top with deli slices and sweet onion, sprinkle with freshly black ground black pepper. Close, cut and serve.

On one sandwich I spread one slice of bread with an American beer cheese spread I just developed. Tasted great!

Notes: SABRA also comes in small single serving cups. I used sweet potato chips as dippers and liked it – a lot.

Two mini cups is a more realistic single serving. However, I didn’t go for the second cup, so that tells you something.

Veggie mayo isn’t available everywhere. In fact, it’s not available more than it is available. So go ahead and use the guacamole. It doesn’t take much to give you the creamy the sandwich requires.

Buying it prepackaged in small amounts keeps it from going bad. A win.
