No pockets here. It’s flatbread. And the best Greek flatbread I’ve had. It grills up nicely in a skillet, folds easy, is tender and I like the little air pockets on one side of each bread. Recipe using OLYMPIA ORIGINAL GREEK PITA: VEG SAUSAGE & PINEAPPLE GREEK PITA
