GARDEIN STUFFED TURKEY PLATE aka THANKSGIVING DINNER
With my trimmings of course! I already had the PECAN RAISIN RICE along with the FRUIT GRAVY to top the rice and the FRUIT AND NUT CRUMBLE to top it all off.
Oh, I had the BLUEBERRY TARRAGON SAUCE done and chilled (I could just as easily have substituted any cranberry sauce). So all I had to do was reheat the trimmings and then bake the Gardein Turkey, according to package instructions! Yes, I know how to follow instructions.
Serves 4
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
16 oz. pkg. GARDEIN brand SAVORY STUFFED TURKEY with gravy, baked on a parchment paper lined pan or lightly greased, preheated 450 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, turning over half way through.
Transfer to cutting board and cut into slices.
Plate the rice and the turkey. Heat the gravy that came with the turkey and spoon it over the turkey slices.
Reheat PECAN RAISIN RICE and fruit gravy and top the rice with the fruit gravy.
Top all with FRUIT AND NUT CRUMBLE.
Then sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro.
Serve with BLUEBERRY TARRAGON SAUCE – goes well with plant meats or use regular cranberry sauce.
Gardein makes a great plant turkey product, and although I don’t usually use their packets of gravy, this time I did and thoroughly enjoyed it. They nailed it.
One half of a turkey roll was plenty per serving with everything else.
